1% for the Makers
xTool Donation Program
xTool was born from the Maker Movement, and giving back is at its core. By dedicating 1% of its net profits to creators everywhere, the company provides professional maker tools to schools, nonprofits, and open makerspaces worldwide.
To date, xTool has donated over $460,000 to equip nearly 100 partnered schools, nonprofits, and open makerspaces across 18 countries and regions around the globe. The program bridges the grassroots "tool gap," putting professional-grade hardware, certified STEM curricula, and dynamic events into the hands of those who need them most.
Through a meaningful alignment with the Fab Foundation,xTool is expanding this reach to share vital resources with over 3,000 Fab Labs worldwide. To anchor this shared mission, xTool has also equipped the Foundation’s Boston headquarters, the Fab Hub Kendall Center, with its flagship machines, creating a co-branded demonstration hub that puts advanced digital fabrication directly into the hands of the community.
